“Perfect simple to use software for New Users”
Pros
I really appreciate how it stores all customer information in one place including contact details, business info, emails, calls, addresses and notes. Everythings right there when I need it. Sending emails directly through the system is a huge time saver especially with those pre made templates. Just a couple clicks and I can follow up with prospects without switching between different programs. The task creation feature is effective for keeping track of leads and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. What I love most is being able to assign tasks to other team members. Really helps with collaboration.
Cons
I have no complains. Haven't tried the campaign feature yet since Im still pretty new to using CRMs but it definitely seems like it could be useful
