Pros

It's basically a 'set it and forget it' solution for most eDocs. After the initial setup there's usually nothing else to manage unless something changes. With another major Docu competitor we used we had to log in, create an envelope and send it every single time. Now we just send a link and the whole process is taken care of.

Cons

The training could definitely be improved but their team was very responsive whenever I contacted them. I also really appreciate that I can reach an actual person and get a callback. The only thing to keep in mind is that you have to leave a voicemail since they don't take incoming calls unless they already have your number on file.

Getting started was very easy and the platform is quite simple to use. Since most of our contracts are now handled as e-docs having everything well organized along with the many automated features saves us a lot of time managing them.

Other than a few minor issues that naturally come with adjusting to any new software there really isn't anything we dislike.

The flexibility and scalability have been the biggest advantages. We started out using the paperless e-Docs and E-Sign features and it's reassuring to know we can expand far beyond that with the rest of the softwares tools whenever we're ready.

At this stage the only challenge was that the setup felt a little tricky for our team. Still the support was helpful and we were able to get everything moving fairly quickly.

Using the software feels simple and it has the flexibility to work well across different parts of an organization. The platform offers versatile capabilities that make it useful for a variety of team needs.

One ongoing frustration is dealing with bugs in the system since they can interfere with how certain features function. On top of that the support experience could definitely use some improvement.

Has been a pleasure to use. It makes document signing much quicker and more convenient for our team. One feature that really sets it apart is the short code signature option. Setting up a signature box is simple and clients can sign without trouble using either a mouse or their finger. It also works well for creating all kinds of contracts. I also appreciate that there's no need to memorize code when building documents since the system includes reserved fields you can use during setup. Overall it has been performing really well for us.

Only trouble I ran into was during the setup since configuration was a bit challenging at first. Once that part was completed though everything started working without any problems.

It was also very smooth for both my company and me to log in and make the adjustments we needed so it would work better for us. Anytime we had a question about the program reaching someone for help was quick and uncomplicated. Once everything was set up properly and the application was live on our website we started receiving applications all the time. Our rep was kind, helpful and incredibly patient with us. I would definitely recommend it to other companies.

Most of the problems came from user side issues along with a few small hiccups that we were able to sort out within a few days.

Getting all my information through a single API has been really convenient. Since it's cloud storage I can keep my data there and pull it back whenever needed with just an API call. It feels faster compared to using a GET API hosted on my own server. The integration is easy and the documentation is helpful enough to get everything connected just by following it. They also offer paid support which has been very useful when needed.

I haven't run into any real drawbacks. The whole process has been very simple and trouble free for me.

Right away the form looked polished and professional. The white labeling option is a big plus and using it feels very simple.

At the start we did run into a few hiccups that had to be worked out. There were some backend issues that needed attention before our application could run the way it was supposed to. In a few cases it took several days to fully sort things out. However once those problems were resolved the application worked really well.
