“system isn't simple to use and frustrating experience
Pros
Since this tool is built within Microsoft Dynamics 365 so it is limited to working within dynamics for me and my team.
Cons
For me, the system isn't simple and most of our team avoids it whenever possible which forces us to create workarounds that add unnecessary frustration and complexity.
