Our go-to for keeping customer service running

Pros

It's really easy to read and works well with our internal system. The software is simple to use and their tech team has been super responsive and helpful. They feel more like a partner, always looking for ways to improve the service just like LUMINEM.

Cons

I don't really have an opinion since I'm not a direct user of the system.

Happy with how it worked out

Pros

It's made my workload so much easier, everything is grouped by store which really simplifies things for us.

Cons

The full overview we used to have is gone, now everything's just shown by contract type which isn't as helpful for me.

My go to pick for my team

Pros

I like how I can monitor daily performance, stick to a set budget for the upcoming year and keep an eye on operating cash flow. It keeps everything clear and organized.

Cons

I don't have any real complaints. The few issues we've had are more about our specific setup like handling multiple counter brands and things like that.

Overall, its a fine tool

Pros

Synergee is super complete and it covers a ton across all the modules. The only issue for me is that my team is really small, so we can't take full advantage of everything. Encoding all the data takes time and we just don't have the manpower for it.

Cons

Using the Real Estate module has been tricky like there's no way to pull a list of rents currently being paid and you cant split the rent into two parts, one with VAT and one without which is something we really need for shopping centers. One part of the rent is a Royalty that needs VAT and the other isnt but it doesn't handle that. Also, moving from Retail Drive to Synergee changed how we view equipment and some data especially because of new TAGs that were added later. It took us a while to get used to that. On top of that, the photo folders we created were deleted which wasn't ideal at all.

Works smoothly for store setups

Pros

It's super easy to use, not just for us but for our service providers too.

Cons

We havent noticed any major weak spots but to be honest, we don't really have the time to use all the features the platform offers.

Our team is satisfied with Synergee

Pros

Rolling out this tool across our network totally changed how we track our store performance. The implementation was fast and smooth and now our managers can instantly see and understand their results. The system's interactive and easy to pick up. They've even added a new module for store maintenance since we started using it.

Cons

Since launch, there've been a ton of useful updates and improvements. We often fine tune certain KPIs and the support team is very responsive and quick to help. The dashboards and reports are really detailed but that also makes them kind of hard to view properly on mobile.
