Wonderful team to collaborate with

Pros

The personalized support is amazing for resolving issues and I really like the ability to customize fields to fit our business workflow perfectly.

Cons

Like with any CRM we do encounter occasional glitches and we are still working on making some features more user friendly. However the support team has been amazing helping us optimize our workflow and get the most out of the system.

Excellent software with outstanding support

Pros

TaskSuite software gets your sales, support, marketing and social media teams up and running quickly. It also helps avoid common challenges that often come up. Also their team is very responsive and genuinely listens to your ideas and suggestions. I have never worked with a software company that offers this much customization for your solution.

Cons

Setting up detailed reports initially felt overwhelming without prior experience. However the account managers and engineers are very helpful and willing to assist us throughout the process. And if you are familiar with Gooddata, Treasuredata, Looker or Tableau, you will probably manage building reports on your own without needing much help from the team.

Amazing two years experience with them

Pros

The customization options are what really make this CRM shine for me. Even with the default setup, it works pretty well but where it truly excels is when you tailor it to fit your specific business workflow.

Cons

I feel like the reporting could be better though it is not a major issue.
