Excellent Support Team

Pros

What I really appreciate is that it's available as both a hosted version and open source. The hosted option has super reasonable pricing and scaling up doesn't feel like a huge jump either. I've been able to create my own courses right on the platform and importing files from outside is no problem at all.

Cons

When integrating this into our website theres way too much Teamup branding everywhere. I wish we had more control over customizing it with our own brand colors instead of being stuck with theirs.

Top notch customer care to get you started

Pros

Love how easy it is to reach someone when I need help and the chat feature gives me quick answers when I face issues.

Cons

Not very affordable for someone running a solo operation.

Very good software

Pros

Great Facility Access and Membership Management Tool

Pros

I appreciate how detailed the structure is. There are tons of options for setting up and managing everything. Customer support responds quickly when we need help. The web interface that customers see looks really slick and was easy to embed into our site. One thing I particularly like is that coaches can adjust there own schedules and availability which takes a huge load off our administrator. The dashboard layout is excellent and shows exactly what we need to see. The document and waiver function is incredibly thorough and well implemented. This is going to save us so much time on waiver completion.

Cons

I've noticed the platform can be pretty convoluted in certain areas like when you need to change an appointment time. Would be much more convenient to just drag and drop rather than going through multiple clicks for such a simple change. The user interface isnt as userfriendly as other platforms Ive worked with before. One major issue is that coaches dont get any notifications when classes are rescheduled which creates communication gaps. Theres also a problem where the system still allows booking coaches who have blocked their availability. Its not clear enough on the calendar to see when someones unavailable. The mobile app is a decent addition but feels heavy and runs slow. Honestly it doesnt really meet our specific needs very well.

Amazing booking solution that meets our needs

Pros

I like being able to manage my entire booking system with all its different components from a single, convenient location. This helps me stay organized and deliver better service to my clients.

Cons

Would be nice to have a mobile app so instructors and owners could check their schedules more easily on the go.

Brilliant features and customer service

Pros

Keeps me organized and really helps with managing customer traffic

Cons

The software doesn't always align perfectly with our specific business needs which means I end up submitting development requests fairly often. Things are also complicated at times.

Satisfied with customer support

Pros

The support team is cooperative and well trained. I have never been let down by them.

Cons

The only real downside I can think of is the cost. Having just 20 customers means Im paying the same rate as dealers with 100+ customers which feels a bit unfair.

Good experience overall

Pros

Super simple

Pros

Super simple to get around in and the setup support was incredible. They really know their stuff and the resources they provide are awesome!

You need to know the implications of switching to Team Up

Pros

Customer service started off well when I first signed up.

Cons

I didnt realize how much switching over would impact everything. Had to build a completely new sales page from scratch, lost the automatic payback setup for my Stripe Capital loan and my whole affiliate network just disappeared.

Solid and dependable tool

Pros

The system has been rock solid for us making it simple to organize events and classes for our 150+ gym members.

Cons

While the pricing has gone up since we first signed on, I understand they're constantly rolling out new features and improvements so I would say its still worth the investment.

Cooperative team

Pros

I really appreciate how much time the staff has invested in listening to my concerns especially Stuart recently. The platform itself is user friendly and gets regular updates that keep improving the experience. Its versatility has been perfect for our aerial fitness business. We are genuinely grateful for both the software and the support team.

Cons

Its a bit expensive though I think its probably due to the superior customer support, system flexibility and how userfriendly the app is.

Appreciate the support throughout the entire process

Pros

Really appreciate how well rounded this platform is right out of the box. Everything you need is already there by default. Whats even better is that they actually listen to user feedback and continuously add new features based on what we are asking for.

Cons

As someone who works in both training and physical therapy, I find the platform leans heavily toward fitness which makes the therapy side feel somewhat awkward. Sure the appointment scheduling and note taking features exist but theyre not as smooth as what Ive experienced with other platforms designed specifically for therapists. Its usable but would love to see the therapy function become easier to use.

Works wonders for my business

Pros

Its very user friendly and I like how all the features are accessible regardless of which plan you're on. Customer support has been really responsive when I've needed help and the email notifications keep me updated on everything important.

Cons

The cost is a bit high for someone running a smaller operation like mine though I do think the extensive feature set justifies what your paying.

Effective Tool

Pros

The support team doesn't take long to get back to you. There's lots of helpful information available whether you want to read through it or listen to recordings. What really stands out is how they actually take user feedback seriously and use it to improve their processes.

Cons

Support quality varies between team members. Some seem more experienced than others.

Simply great!

Pros

I like how simple this is for both me as the owner and my clients to use.

Cons

One downside is theres no way for clients to bring a friend using one of there class credits. Would be nice to have that option.
