The support team is very helpful as they are always available for us when needed. Also the interface is simple and user-friendly making it easy to navigate and use effectively.
Cons
During the tough times in my company because of COVID the team was very supportive. Even when I did not have the funds, they never let me down.

Cons
Some translations come from Google Translate which are not always accurate and the currency still needs to be selected manually which takes a lot of my time.
