Pros
The dashboard really caught my eye as it gives me a quick overview of everything that needs immediate attention. I never miss a client anymore and always respond on time. Also implementation was surprisingly quick and all the features are simple and well organized. Plus finding SMS, email, grouping options is effortless and tracking cold calls has never been this easy.
Cons
Well the biggest missing feature right now is AI integration as it is something everyone expects these days. If they added this, creating custom emails would be much faster and it would really help train new interns and hires. So I would strongly recommend adding this feature because it would set the software apart from competitors and improve performance analysis. This is definitely the main area where I see room for improvement.

Pros
Everything is in one place which allows me to easily track campaigns, manage my database and monitor growth.
Cons
There are some bugs when the campaign page loads and I have noticed issues with email templates too.

The team was very patient, guiding me through each challenge step by ste plus their consistent follow up was definitely one of their biggest strengths.
Cons
Honestly I am still trying to figure out where improvements are needed since everything has been working great for me so far. Follow up was excellent and they handled all my requests.

Pros
Telagus has really helped our security company get organized and improve sales. It is easy to use and the support team is always great when we need help. The email and SMS marketing features keep our customers informed. The dashboard gives us a full view of our operations, including our sales pipeline which is highly valuable. I especially love the quotation tool as it saves item templates for future use and lets us send quotes for e signing making everything more efficient.
Cons
The email automation tool is the main downside as it is somewhat difficult to navigate and could use some simplification.

Pros
They took the time to fully understand my vision for customizing the CRM to fit my business needs before moving forward. Their patience with me was amazing since I know exactly what I want but I am not the most tech savvy person. The ongoing support I have received since then has been fantastic too.
Cons
Only thing I can think of is that there is really nothing to complain about. Maybe that sounds too good to be true but I genuinely have not found any issues yet.

Pros
The level of automation and control this gives me for managing data, projects and complex workflows is what makes it such a powerful tool.
Cons
Customer support has been disappointing for a marketing automation tool. Getting help with installation, training and troubleshooting has been difficult which is frustrating mianly when we are paying for a service like this.
