Pros
I can access the CRM from anywhere. Works great across all my devices which is super convenient. Finding client information is easy and the whole system flows naturally. I rely on this daily for managing customer relationships. Really solid tool overall.
Cons
Sometimes I find it really challenging to generate reports. Thats probably my biggest frustration with this tool.
