You can begin for free and it is packed with useful tools such as a cRm, an integrated dialer, email campaigns and an AI sales assistant which is far superior to juggling spreadsheets or paying for multiple costly software subscriptions.
Cons
The navigation can feel a bit jumpy at times like when you are moving between the companies, contacts and deals sections. It is a minor thing though and our team got used to it pretty quickly.

Thriwin has totally changed our outbound sales process. Also it does not just automate the process, it adds intelligence to it. Their support team has also been absolutely fantastic and always responds right on time.
Cons
Right now we have not run into any major problems with the platform for how we are using it. It has been reliable, easy to figure out and has delivered exactly what we hoped for in terms of performance. We will keep an eye on things as we grow but so far, it's been completely smooth.

Cons

it is very convenient for team members to input data and review it and the integrated calling feature is great for analyzing conversations. The lead management, deal tracking, interactive dashboard and ability to assign KpIs are all strong features as well.
Cons
in my opinion it could use more visual tools like charts or graphs, to represent data and we'd like a bit more freedom to customize our sales pipeline stages.

Cons
even though the tool is simple to set up and use, having separate screens or views to filter open leads from ones that are closed or lost would be a really useful addition for our workflow.
