Pros
Right away, it fit our ministry needs really well and came with a wide range of features. We were able to replace several different software tools with this one platform which helped us cut out the hassle and cost of maintaining multiple subscriptions.
Cons
Sites feature is user-friendly but it doesn't offer as much customization as I was hoping for. I'd love the option to add my own HTML and CSS to the site though I understand that level of flexibility probably isn't aimed at this product's core audience.

Using it has been really easy and the overall format makes everything simple to work with. Customer support is consistently friendly, helpful, informative and always ready to assist whenever needed.
Cons

“one place for people events and website”
Pros
Having one place to handle people events and the website has been really helpful for our church. It's a great church management platform and the layout feels simple enough to work in without much trouble.
Cons
At the beginning, it can feel like a lot to take in. The website side is pretty extensive and with so many small features, it's possible to lose track of where things are. There are also a few minor UI details I'd tweak, like making it easier to move between events while adding volunteers.

Pros
Compared with other church giving platforms, itly stands out as the best option available. On top of that, the feature set is incredibly hard to match. The pricing is reasonable enough to work for churches of any size and the platform includes just about everything a ministry would need. Both the app and website are simple to build and look very appealing visually. The 2-way messaging is also a really valuable feature.
Cons
As the years have gone by, itly seems to have partnered with more outside companies to expand its feature set which is definitely a positive step. The downside is that some of those tools are still only integrated in one direction, while others are not integrated at all. Eventually, ministries need all of these features connected within one unified ecosystem built around shared person data.

Pros
Layout is easy and the program is very user-friendly. It's a simple but effective way to handle business for our ministry.
Cons
Biggest downside is how long it takes for funds to be deposited into the bank. It feels like that process could be faster.

“aligned donation reporting”
Pros
The donation reporting for our church is very aligned and the congregation says the app is very simple to use.
Cons
A few members are uncomfortable sharing personal information even though that's really unavoidable. Also, the time it takes for a donation to post especially when it comes from a bank account, can sometimes feel pretty long.
