Simple to set up and use

Pros

The interface is clean and pretty simple. Also I find it pretty easy to set up and use with a quick response time. Everything is fully customizable, from fields and form layouts to reports and dashboards and the customer support is excellent too.

Customizable and it automates tasks

Pros

We can add unlimited users for a fixed price so we never have to worry about upgrading as we grow. Also it is highly customizable allowing my teams to work seamlessly together. It has also automated several key processes like lead handling, auto-assignments and task creation. And in financial services protecting customer data is very essential and this CRM ensures that with encryption along with extra security features like IP restrictions, number masking and user profile access.

Cons

To be honest I have not found any drawbacks so far.

Worth the time and price

Pros

Togile CRM is an excellent tool for growing any business offering great value for the price. Plus the user interface is modern and the functionality is top-notch for what we are paying.

Cons

There is not much to add from my side except that it is a good CRM.
