“Complete alumni package
Pros
It's a complete package we use to build stronger relationships with our alumni and supporters. We moved over 10,000 profiles and every message we send helps clean our data as people update their own information directly. The automatic daily notifications you can configure are brilliant and the stored information is simple to find and analyze. Their support staff and your dedicated account manager are first-rate. They answer emails promptly and are always ready for a training call when needed.
Cons
I don't have real complaints. The only two tiny suggestions for the future would be: the ability to send a test email of a template directly to myself or a colleague and being able to add multiple photos to a news post without creating a formal gallery. These are very minor points compared to the huge benefits of the overall system.

“Handles all tasks perfectly
Pros
It handles all our tasks perfectly. It works wonderfully as a central directory, a tool for sending updates, a custom website and a platform for events and fundraising.
Cons
When I don't use certain tools regularly, it can be hard to recall the exact menu path to make changes.
