Pros
The help we received was outstanding. One team member, in particular, showed a deep grasp of our vision and a very thoughtful method for the site's design which is clear from the excellent final product we launched. His focus on the small things is remarkable and we're thrilled for the next steps.
Cons
Building our alumni and donations site had a few early hurdles, but the Support and Account Management groups quickly helped us sort them out. A massive thank you to everyone involved!

Cons

“integrated fundraising hub
Pros
The biggest advantage is having a fundraising and graduate management system in the backend that connects directly to a public website. This helps our community connect with the School and for our small team, it cuts down on repetitive data work. Having event planning, messaging and donation collection all built-in is brilliant as we use a single platform for everything. Sorting data and creating reports is simple and the email sync feature reclaims countless hours we used to spend on manual uploads.
Cons
The link with the Wonde system didn't function perfectly in our first year but we are collaborating with the team to find a solution.

My favorite part is the superb support staff, they are constantly very accommodating. Plus the system is packed with features making it a flexible resource for our various requirements.
Cons
Nothing I dislike. If you aren't particularly technical, you will need to set aside some hours to learn the system properly. That's okay, though, because the help desk is fabulous and guides you through everything.
