“Outstanding design help

Pros

The help we received was outstanding. One team member, in particular, showed a deep grasp of our vision and a very thoughtful method for the site's design which is clear from the excellent final product we launched. His focus on the small things is remarkable and we're thrilled for the next steps.

Cons

Building our alumni and donations site had a few early hurdles, but the Support and Account Management groups quickly helped us sort them out. A massive thank you to everyone involved!

Pros

I get useful summaries of contact interactions and monitoring email campaigns is simple. The system handles large-scale email blasts, collects donations and automatically syncs Gift Aid information.

Cons

The section for tracking potential donors still feels a bit underdeveloped.

Pros

It's a top-tier product that's simple to operate, a complete package for all our needs. The support crew is wonderful, a group of people with solid principles.

We'd like some feature adjustments to happen faster though we understand the development list is always full.

Pros

The biggest advantage is having a fundraising and graduate management system in the backend that connects directly to a public website. This helps our community connect with the School and for our small team, it cuts down on repetitive data work. Having event planning, messaging and donation collection all built-in is brilliant as we use a single platform for everything. Sorting data and creating reports is simple and the email sync feature reclaims countless hours we used to spend on manual uploads.

Cons

The link with the Wonde system didn't function perfectly in our first year but we are collaborating with the team to find a solution.

All tools are easy to understand and operate. It manages our entire former student network.

Cons

Can't think of anything right now. I like that if certain actions aren't currently possible, they are noted for potential future updates.

Pros

The support team replies to questions fast. I love the blend and scope of its capabilities particularly for handling information and running a community hub.

Cons

The detailed search function can be time-consuming to configure and I'm not always sure it finds every applicable profile. It feels like it's easy to make a mistake.

Technical help has been superb and their willingness to adapt and assist as our website grows has been fantastic.

Still getting comfortable with the main directory. This is likely more about me but I find the search tools difficult for building specific contact lists.

The system is very approachable, simple and logical. We received tons of assistance during the entire setup phase and working in a school, they were very patient with us during our especially hectic times.

I can't add anything beyond what the team is already aware of regarding a few tweaks that would help schools. I was very impressed with how they received my suggestions.

For our small, part-time team, the platform is simple to use for creating updates, sending messages and running donation campaigns.

It's difficult to name a flaw but having a function to assign specific seats for events would be amazing.

My favorite part is the superb support staff, they are constantly very accommodating. Plus the system is packed with features making it a flexible resource for our various requirements.

Nothing I dislike. If you aren't particularly technical, you will need to set aside some hours to learn the system properly. That's okay, though, because the help desk is fabulous and guides you through everything.

The employees are wonderful and always eager to assist and reply. There is a huge library of instructional videos and written tutorials.

Cons

Like any complex system, it won't always perform exactly as you hope but the crew tries hard to implement solutions where they can. The price is likely standard for the market but it remains a significant financial commitment.

It's a fantastic hub for preserving our school's history and connecting with former students whether in communities or one-on-one. I also value the round-the-clock assistance.

The staff is unbelievably supportive. Our main contact has previous school experience, so she understands our requirements perfectly and always sees things from our point of view. The product is simple and easy to grasp.

Occasionally I find the customization options for layouts challenging but the staff is giving me plenty of help.

The system is logical and has a clear layout. I picked this provider because of its multi-purpose nature, messaging, payments, website and directory are all integrated. It truly is an all-in-one solution.

As with similar platforms, there are limits on things like pictures, you have to pre-edit them to the right size before adding them. Once you're used to it, it becomes second nature.

The filtering options have a great layout and are simple to use, even for someone with no background in data systems. There is a wealth of learning material on their help portal, through online sessions and live events. Overall I'd say using it is quite simple

Don't have any criticisms. My job involves marketing and managing our graduate network for a mid-sized school. With my limited hours, the only slight drawback is knowing there are many powerful tools available that I don't use as I mostly rely on the core functions.
