Getting around this software has been very simple. I can begin typing the information I need and the dropdown options quickly guide me to the right account or physician. The Medicare lives data is especially valuable for home care and the disease and injury details make it even more useful. It helps me narrow my focus and pull the most relevant information together so I can put my marketing plan into action more effectively.
Cons
One thing missing is information on assisted living facilities. Since assisted living plays such an important role in home health care it would be very beneficial if this could also show details like Medicare lives versus Medicare Advantage lives for those facilities.

Something that's been especially insightful is being able to see which physicians regularly send referrals to Hospice along with identifying others who may need more education. It's also helpful to understand why they tend to refer to the hospice provider they usually choose.
