great data platform

Pros

Is incredibly simple to work with and really stands out as a market leader. The claims data is far ahead of what I've seen from other claims data platforms and having access to providers MCR Part A and B utilization is extremely helpful.

Cons

At first the small icons can be a little hard to follow and remembering what each one means takes some time in the beginning.

Pros

Using this app has really helped us expand our market. It's been useful for getting my content in front of the right audience.

Cons

Wish it included data from a larger number of healthcare providers but this is a very minor thing.

powerful market intelligence

Pros

Provides very user friendly market intelligence across multiple segments of my industry and the insights have been extremely valuable.

Cons

Product itself is excellent but we weren't able to use the data as fully as we could have because COVID-19 protocols limited access to referral sources. On top of that data from 2020 through 2021 is somewhat skewed because of the pandemic.

Pros

Right from the start it has been very simple to use and the information it provides is helpful. It's consistently reliable whenever I open it and I haven't had to deal with glitches or performance issues at all.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about the software. Everything has been working really well and I haven't run into any problems.

Pros

Going into meetings with referral sources feels much more productive because this platform gives me useful information upfront about where patients are being referred and how our services stack up against the competition.

Cons

mobile access that helps

Pros

About a month ago I discovered that it has a mobile app I can use on my phone and it has made a huge difference when I'm out on the road. I can pull it up quickly to search for facilities or physicians I'm about to visit. It also helps me back up my messaging and share stories that support our services.

Cons

The only area I don't really use very often is the presentation section.

Having all of our competitors visible in one place with the key numbers I need is incredibly helpful and saves a lot of time.

Cons

Building reports to pull exactly what you want can be challenging at first and the training comes at a high cost.

Cons

Pros

Feels very simple to wok with and it doesn't take much effort to locate the information you need. The layout is user friendly so finding what you're looking for is quick and trouble free.

Cons

Been a useful tool for seeing where local referral sources are sending their home care and hospice business and that gives me an advantage when having conversations with those accounts.

Pros

Using this software has been a really positive experience. The platform is easy to work with and the prebuilt presentations plus the customizable options make it useful for different situations. The way the data is displayed makes it much easier to understand and the training and onboarding support were very engaging. There are also plenty of valuable features that help analyze different kinds of referral sources. Most importantly it gives field sales teams the ability to identify specific targets and tailor their business development efforts to help grow census.

Cons

At times the network can feel a bit slow although that may also be related to our company's side. The prebuilt PowerPoint features also require some time to learn and they are not quite as adjustable or flexible as I would ideally want.

Cons

One limitation is that I can only access my region which may be due to the permission level my company has. I also have to submit a request to get certain information.

Pros

It felt very easy to use this product and that's the part I appreciated most. The interface was simple to work with and didn't take much effort to figure out.

Cons

The biggest downside was the delay in the data since it didn't always update as quickly as I would have wanted.

Pros

It gives me a clearer picture of what the accounts I'm reaching out to are currently doing and what they may need. That helps me go into calls better prepared and share information that feels more relevant and meaningful to them.

Cons

Because my job moves so quickly it's been harder for me to learn the platform just from online training and immediately use it to its full potential. It actually took me a few months before I felt confident using it effectively although I do appreciate that there's plenty of training available.
