“Excellent support though the software lacks some crucial features
Pros
The transition from spreadsheets to this system was a massive improvement for our construction firm. The customization options let us tailor the platform to our needs, and I'm impressed with the dashboards and automation features.
Cons
Despite being customizable, some features don't work as promised. Proposal creation is too limited and buggy, so we've paused using it. We've also had data update issues that support still hasn't resolved.

“SSO Setup Proves Challenging
Pros
I thought the app would work well with Azure, but it doesn't function properly and I can't access the SSO features.
Cons
Setting up SSO has been a nightmare. The documentation is outdated and doesn't match the current system.

Cons
I find the interface outdated and complicated at first. Some functions require too many clicks, and the export feature could be improved.

I've been using this tool mainly to keep detailed records of our past projects, and it's transformed how we organize and access information. It has great business development features and is a solid value compared to others.
Cons
The dashboard could use a more modern design. I also dislike having to log in just to check for help responses; phone support would be better.

“Essential marketing tool in AEC industry
Pros
It tracks extensive project information in one location. Its become my single source of truth for everything from team members and budgets to descriptions, photos and awards. The customization options are very good since I can modify fields to match whats most relevant for my firm's needs. The Publisher feature has been a massive timesaver cutting resume creation from over an hour down to under ten minutes while keeping everything consistent. The grid feature was really helpful when I needed to make quick opportunity updates. What I absolutely love is the search function. With it finding projects with specific attributes is so easy whether Im using custom fields or searching within project descriptions.
Cons
While the Publisher module works well, I wish there were better filtering options like excluding projects where team members only logged a few hours or being able to easily reorder project lists. The templates can be tricky to work with too. Sometimes you need to know specific workarounds to get features displaying correctly. Updating reports is more complex than it should be. You cant simply save over existing reports. Instead you have to create a new one with a different name, then go back and delete the old version. I get why they want to prevent accidental data loss but its pretty time consuming. They do listen to user feedback but getting updates based on it takes forever. Even suggestions that seem like no brainers and have widespread support can sit in limbo for ages. Integration with our budgeting software Deltek Ajera is basically non existent which creates extra work for our team.

Pros
What I love most is being able to review all the collected company information in one place. This tool feels much more userfriendly than other options Ive tried. Since I use it every day, having everything at my fingertips is really convenient. The contact storage feature is great too and I can easily access internal team information.
Cons
The site goes down sometimes which is really annoying especially right before or during our weekly meetings. I wish they would schedule maintenance during off hours when businesses are usually closed instead of during peak times.

“Amazing AEC focused CRM solution
Pros
The best thing about it in my opinion is that its specifically built for AEC companies. Our procurement process as a construction firm is pretty unique compared to other industries and this software actually gets that. It follows our workflow naturally. The customization options are really solid too so we can shape it to guide our processes from start to finish with clients.
Cons
The biggest issue I run into is how overwhelming all the data can get. There are so many fields to sift through that pulling together reports quickly becomes a real challenge.

Pros
Really appreciate how this tool connects pursuit details with project information giving our business development and marketing teams a complete view of client relationships and the effort invested in each project. Its also great that we can pull resume data from the FDC without constantly chasing updates from project teams.
Cons
The sheer amount of available information and data can feel pretty overwhelming at first until you get comfortable with how everything works but thats really the only downside to such a complete system.

This CRM makes it easy to spot and monitor how we are building relationships with key accounts which leads to opportunities that we can prioritize and guide through our sales pipeline effectively.
Cons
