Cons
The interface takes too many clicks to get things done, and editing/tracking could be simpler. Setup was also more complicated than I expected.

It's very easy for me to use and get things done without much difficulty.
Cons
Some fields feel useless and don't seem to actually get used in certain reports. It's frustrating having to do trial and error to figure out which fields are actually critical for different reporting options.

Everything stays well organized and runs quickly. I can check, modify, and update all reports and access permissions instantly.
Cons
The interface has some features I don't really understand or use. Finding out what specific roles or fields actually do can be frustrating as there's no consistent help system. While some fields have useful tooltips, most don't have any guidance. I'd love to see quick help links or explanations scattered throughout.

I find entering time really convenient, and getting approvals is just as simple.
Cons
The transition was a complete disaster. It's definitely not built for small businesses like ours. Setting it up was terrible and our assigned consultant did such a poor job that we had to wait months for someone new. We basically had to start over. It took an entire year to get our accounts and QuickBooks data properly aligned for accurate reports. The company's response was unhelpful and they didn't refund us for the poor consultant. On top of that, the reporting feature isn't user-friendly.

“Decade Long User Experience
Pros
The development team has kept improving things over the decade I've been using this. I started with project management and time tracking about ten years ago, then switched our general ledger over to their financial module. As our company has grown, the platform has grown with us.
Cons
Reporting and analytics aren't as user-friendly as they should be. Standard reports work fine, but navigating them can be complex. I've heard that custom reports are coming to the Marketplace, which sounds promising.

Cons

Cons

Cons
Several modules feel incomplete and don't share all their data, which creates limitations. Customer support starts out fine but the suggestions portal is basically a dead end unless many other users have the same issue.
