Pros

The third-party module's continuous risk scoring based on live vendor activity really caught my eye. It went well beyond static questionnaires and actually linked real-world signals, such as dark web chatter, to vendor exposure.

Cons

At the beginning teammates outside the engineering group had a harder time getting comfortable with it. The risk scores came across as a bit abstract until the workshops clarified how those numbers connected to actual vendor weaknesses.
