Pros
I've been impressed by some unique features that set this apart from other email platforms. The visitor detection capability is really cool and the automated plays definitel saves some time. What really stands out is how it can automatically prospect from my target account.
Cons
Still pretty new so its missing some features I'd expect from an email automation platform. Like theres no built in A/B testing which is pretty standard nowadays.

Really appreciate how everything connects in one place for data management. The automated workflows for prospecting save me tons of time and the AI personalization features really help adjust outreach. Getting real time intent signals has been a game changer for timing my follow ups. It syncs perfectly with our CRM without any hiccups. My sales efficiency has definitely improved and Im seeing better engagement rates across the board. The analytics give me deep insights into whats working plus the interface is simple to use. When Ive needed help, customer support has been quick to respond.
Cons
It might be too complicated for you when you're getting started and some features feel like theyre still being worked on. Ive run into a few integration issues here and there that can be frustrating. Customization options are somewhat limited compared to what I would like to see and the pricing might be tough for smaller teams to justify. That said they do roll out updates regularly and seem to actually listen to user feedback which keeps things moving in the right direction.

I can track which companies visit our site and see exactly where theyre located plus what pages they viewed. This makes it so much easier to reach out to prospects who are already showing interest.
Cons
Sometimes finding specific accounts can be tricky and takes longer than expected.

Pros
The interface is absolutely gorgeous which initially caught my attention but there's real substance behind the looks. Everything feels simple, the AI agents perform exceptionally well and I can configure outbound campaigns based on visitor traffic and intent signals in few minutes.
Cons
I wished the outbound features supported multiple channels natively. Theres a workaround using Zapier though. Thats really the only issue I have.

I appreciate how detailed you can get with the customization options. Being able to adjust plays for different company types, sizes and verticals gives me exactly the control I need.
Cons
While Josh and the team are incredibly helpful, getting properly onboarded does take some time to work through.

I love how it automatically triggers sequences based on what users do and their personas. We were seeing real results within just a few weeks of getting started.
Cons
Being one of the first users means we run into bugs occasionally though the team responds fast on Slack and gets fixes out quickly.
