Pros
A big advantage has been the well-structured career guidance framework, the strong connections with universities and the practical student profiling tools that make informed decision-making much simpler. On top of that, the customer support and overall communication have been very good.
Cons
One area that still needs improvement is the absence of a pre-planned annual counselling roadmap. The support felt more ad hoc than tied to clear milestones so having a pre-scheduled yearly calendar for all counselling sessions, activities and events would make the process much better.

Pros
The platform really stands out for being proactive and offering detailed analytics. It's also very accessible for both students and teachers which makes it practical to use across the board. The career fair was also a really valuable part of the experience.

Cons
