Pros
My overall experience with UPilot has been very positive. The platform has an easy to use interface that makes customer management navigation simple. Plus the multi-channel communication feature has been especially useful helping to streamline our processes and the overall performance and support have made it a key asset for our operations. In short, it is an excellent choice for anyone looking to improve their CRM experience especially with its enterprise grade features at such a competitive price.
Cons
While the platform is generally easy to use there are occasional minor bugs that can affect the user experience. Additionally I feel like some integrations with third-party applications could be improved to make the platform more functional and flexible.

“Complete package for small business
Pros
One of the standout aspects of this software for me has been their customer service. The team always responds quickly and provides solid solutions whenever I have a question or need help. In terms of features it has everything a small business needs from project management tools to invoicing and payment features. Not to mention, the interface is clean and easy to use which helps me manage my entire business from a single location. So I highly recommend it for any small business owner aiming to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
Cons
There are a few drawbacks to keep in mind like it can be quite expensive for smaller businesses with tight budgets. some of the more advanced features might feel a bit overwhelming for those new to project management software. And there have been occasional stability issues leading to some downtime.

Pros
With UPilot you get excellent reporting tools including goals, forecasts and close ratios which are fairly easy to access and track along with that, he reports are well designed, simple to read and help you manage the sales process, plan and follow up on activities. I personally use it to track my progress and it is great for teams too. The 360 view is helpful too and adding other activities or followups is a simple task. The pipeline and deal tables are colorful and easy to navigate.
Cons
Based on my experience the only issue I have noticed is a slight delay when opening a record but that is really the only downside. Everything else is great. I have tested many CRMs and I can confidently say that it is the best one you should not miss. However the bulk editing feature for default/custom fields is not available and each page only shows up to 50 records.

Pros
The app runs really fast compared to many other SaaS tools and I like the design as it is sleek and impressive and to add to that, it is easy to use and administer making it a smooth experience overall.
Cons
Nothing significant comes to my mind as a least favorite aspect. um they do not offer a free plan but that makes sense since the product is aimed at larger teams rather than freelancers.

Pros
Since I do a lot of outbound prospecting the ability to track outreach and follow ups has been proven pretty useful. The interface has a great flow making the process much more efficient.

“Absolutely best support and exceptional tracking features
Pros
We really like how UPilot has boosted our effectiveness and efficiency when managing contacts and deals. We no longer worry about customers slipping through the cracks. I needed a CRM that did not turn our reps into data entry machines but instead helped them stay close to their customers and do their jobs more effectively. It does exactly that. The information it provides for our monthly meetings with reps has been invaluable in helping them identify areas for improvement and celebrating where they are excelling.
Cons
No issues at the moment as they are constantly working on improving their product and we are benefiting from these updates.

Pros
The UI is outstanding along with the platforms functionality and simplicity. Also the Gmail integration is an added bonus that makes everything even easier to manage.
Cons
Well I think the integrations with marketing systems could be improved but I imagine they will roll out more over time.
