It holds our entire contact list in a very structured way which makes searching for specific information a snap. Pulling data for our monthly summaries is effortless and the flow of information consistently leads to good outcomes.

Pros
The best thing about this customer system is that it puts our entire daily routine in one spot. This means every job, from the most critical to the minor ones, gets noticed and handled. No client, whether they have a massive project or a small one, ever gets a different level of service.
Cons
I wish handling a large number of leads and customers was less complicated. For instance it gets tricky when my daily schedule is packed with over 70 tasks.

The biggest help has been how it formalized and organized our entire sales pipeline. It's also made our ability to create activity summaries and predict future revenue much simpler.
Cons
The main challenge for any company is figuring out the exact steps of their workflow and then making sure the system is updated with new info every single day. If you can manage both of those things, this platform becomes an incredibly powerful asset for the sales team.
