Basic CRM with decent features

Pros

It covers all the essential CRM features without overcomplicating things. The interface makes sense and is easy to get started with.

Cons

It's missing some of the more advanced features that other CRMs offer, which can be limiting.

Great deal control

Pros

I'm seriously impressed with how it keeps all our new information perfectly organized. It puts us completely in control of our sales process, from the first lead to the final deal. It just makes managing everything so much clearer and more effective.

Cons

Been such a time saver

Pros

When I used this for HR processes a few years back, it really streamlined my candidate tracking and employee follow-ups. It saved me a lot of manual work.

Cons

structured and effortless system

Pros

It holds our entire contact list in a very structured way which makes searching for specific information a snap. Pulling data for our monthly summaries is effortless and the flow of information consistently leads to good outcomes.

Cons

So far I haven't come across any real downsides or negatives.

Centralized tasks

Pros

The best thing about this customer system is that it puts our entire daily routine in one spot. This means every job, from the most critical to the minor ones, gets noticed and handled. No client, whether they have a massive project or a small one, ever gets a different level of service.

Cons

I wish handling a large number of leads and customers was less complicated. For instance it gets tricky when my daily schedule is packed with over 70 tasks.

Simpler follow-ups

Pros

Following up with people is much simpler and faster now. I can tag them with different labels which makes finding them again later really easy.

Cons

It would be great if I could create my sales quotes and build my client files directly inside the system.

powerful asset for organizing and predicting sales

Pros

The biggest help has been how it formalized and organized our entire sales pipeline. It's also made our ability to create activity summaries and predict future revenue much simpler.

Cons

The main challenge for any company is figuring out the exact steps of their workflow and then making sure the system is updated with new info every single day. If you can manage both of those things, this platform becomes an incredibly powerful asset for the sales team.

Good reminders feature

Pros

I really appreciate the reminder system for client calls. It never lets me forget to follow up and always pings me at the right time.

Cons

The system needs to do better with sent emails. I want to be 100% sure that a message actually went through successfully.
