The support team has been fantastic at helping with our Dynamics GP integration. This system runs smoothly, handles our workload easily, and consolidates all our data so both sales and marketing teams can work more efficiently. It's also packed with customization options that let me fit it perfectly to our needs.
Cons
It's a bit hard for newcomers to figure out, and a simpler design would make a big difference. Other than that, it works great.

“Nice but too many features for my liking”
Pros
Their customer support team and solutions center are great to work with. I love how it manages and consolidates my data, and generating useful reports only takes a few clicks, which gives me much better insight into my business.
Cons
Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by the number of features. While options are nice, I'd prefer a more streamlined approach to reporting and a cleaner interface.
