“Let down by Vincere
Pros
I like this CRM and am impressed with how it handles talent pooling. Makes managing our candidate database efficient.
Cons
The platform started strong but Iv'e watched it decline significantly over the past couple years. What really frustrated me was discovering they charge a massive fee to export your own data when you want to leave, something they assured us wouldn't happen during the initial sales process. I would honestly suggest everyone to stay away from it.

“Disappointing Experience for Recruiting Firm
Pros
The sales team was really cooperative at the beginning. Then it started going south pretty quickly.
Cons
The onboarding process was practically non existent which made getting started hard. Customer support hasn't been helpful when I've reached out for assistance. Data migration was another major issue. There's basically no support for transferring your existing information.

“Top notch candidate management
Pros
I can easily manage all my candidate information in one place which makes inputting and registering new data really simple. What I appreciate most is how flexible the system is. Our organization can customize the data fields to match exactly what we need for our records. The tracking features help me monitor my success rates effectively.
Cons
Finding information can be frustrating since it depends on how data was originally entered and occasionally it brings up contacts or candidates that aren't valid.

“Reliable ATS/CRM for Years
Pros
Love the recruitment pipeline feature and whenever I've had questions, the support team has been helpful and quick to respond. The system gets updated regularly which keeps improving how we work and makes the interface better. Plus the integrations with tools like Daxtra really help streamline everything we do.
Cons
The customization options are pretty limited when it comes to reporting. Updates often feel like they miss the mark. Theyl'l focus on contacts and companies when applicants is where most of the action happens. Security could be tighter too like when you sync email, anyone can view all CDD correspondence just by clicking into a profile which isn't ideal.

“Lovely three year experience
Pros
The 360 processes make this very easy to do everything especially when managing CRM and ATS workflows. Everything flows smoothly through the pipelines and I cant say enough about how responsive the Success and Support teams are whenever I need assistance.
Cons
Setting up the system to fit our specific needs takes quite a bit of time since there's so much customization involved. One thing thats really frustrating is you can't customize reports yourself. You have to go through support for any changes.

Pros
The agent I communicated with was absolutely incredible. He really went the extra mile helping us get everything set up with the database and system. Since we are not tech savvy people, his solid technical expertise and guidance made all the difference. The customer support and set up process were both outstanding! Working with this platform has been a great experience overall.
Cons
Even though Tim went above and beyond to help us get everything working, importing data could definitely be more userfriendly.

Tim in sales is really supportive and always makes sure to help us. The level of service we receive is outstanding!
Cons
I feel like theres always space to make things better. For instance I would love to pin contacts and candidates so I have a clearer view of what still needs my attention. Nothing too major though.

We used it for seven years to handle our hiring needs. It used to be fine.
Cons
The speed is slow and everything takes too long to load. The interface feels like its stuck in the 90s and isn't userfriendly at all. Navigation is complex and the whole system feels outdated.
