We reached out to him after evaluating some bigger companies and I can honestly say that the support and service Era provides are unmatched. Pros
Their customer support is excellent and the dashboard is easy to use. I have been using WhatEra for a few months and I am really impressed. It is a great tool for connecting with my customers and promoting my business on WhatsApp. What I love most about it is how user friendly it is. Also it is simple to set up and use even for those who are not very tech savvy. I can send messages quickly and easily and I can track my campaigns to see what's working and what's not.
Cons
I feel like it would be better if the name displayed was the company name rather than just a number. Everything else works fine.
