Pros
Wisere software offers plenty of features that align perfectly with our business needs. Plus booking and confirmations are quick and easy and I love the text reminders sent to customers. Overall it is a huge time-saver.
Cons
Sometimes when checking the calendar, all appointment details disappear and we have to hit the reload button to bring the data back.

It is packed with features that easily adapt to our business needs. Booking and confirmations are also quick and the customer text reminders are also very useful.
Cons
I noticed that the CRM feature has several complex steps making it difficult for beginners to use the software effectively.

Pros
It is an all in one management platform with detailed reports across all business areas including marketing, sales, operations, customer service, finance and inventory. What stands out to me about it is that it helps us manage the full customer journey from lead data to trial, appointment, customer service, retention promotions and even referrals, all designed to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Cons
The cost can be a big concern especially if you are not familiar with the system and cannot see the value right away. My advice is that if your business does not have at least three branches and a large customer base, it might not be the best fit right now. However they may offer a free trial, so it's worth giving it a try to see if it works for you.
