Pros
I really love the use of labels and tags to categorize properties and customer needs. Plus it makes matching the right offers to each customer request so much easier and more efficient.
Cons
You need to take a course to manage the entire website which the team assists with but there is still a lot we have to figure out on our own. Also the interface can feel overwhelming at times and sometimes we have to navigate through our own space to find certain features.
