The implementation and connection with the ERP is quick and easy. Plus the user interface is simple and easy for anyone to handle and they adjust to meet our needs.

WolfCRM is highly customizable for the client which I like the most. Also, with excellent customer support and quick issue resolution it becomes even more likable.
Cons
One thing I would love to see is more frequent updates with additional features.
