I really appreciate how it lets me monitor all my interactions, numbers and reports as they happen in real time.
Cons
The Quality Analyzer feature needs work. It should let you monitor chats the same way it handles calls but that feature is missing right now.

Cons
Sometimes I notice areas where certain details arent captured properly and I wish it could hold onto information for extended periods.
