Pros

Affordable omnichannel control

Pros

Having an omnichannel tool at a reasonable cost allows me to keep better control of my operations without overspending.

Cons

We've been really happy with this tool since they're always attentive to our needs and our account manager consistently supports us whenever something new comes up.

I find it really user friendly. The interface looks clean and professional. Whenever I need help, their support team is quick to respond and actually helpful.

An advanced Omnichannel system

Pros

I really appreciate how it lets me monitor all my interactions, numbers and reports as they happen in real time.

Cons

The Quality Analyzer feature needs work. It should let you monitor chats the same way it handles calls but that feature is missing right now.

Great communication software

Pros

Wolkvox streamlined our workflows significantly with its reporting features, call management, automated messaging and Whatsapp customer interactions. The process efficiency has been really noticeable across different areas of our operation.

Cons

Sometimes I notice areas where certain details arent captured properly and I wish it could hold onto information for extended periods.

Complete user friendly solution

Pros

The real time modifications are absolutely spectacular. Everything happens online and feels incredibly dynamic.

Cons

The dashboard lacks visual indicators like what you would find in Power BI. Having those kind of analytics would be amazing to see integrated.
