Pros
It works well when the whole team stays connected and communicates regularly. The feedback loop is solid when used properly, and training helps a lot. Once people know how to document things correctly, it becomes much more effective.
Cons
It's hard for me to judge since I haven't used it much. I worry about its long-term value, it feels like a basic employee info repository that could be replaced by paper records.
