“Amazing CRM packed with the best features

Pros

For an early stage startup like ours Thriwin is a great option. It is free to start,and packed with useful features like CRM, call dialer, email outreach and AI SDR all are far better than trying to manage things in Excel or paying for expensive tools.

Cons

At times navigating through the UI requires a bit of back and forth like switching between the companies, contacts and deals screens but it is something my team quickly adjusts to.

Pros

This platform has completely changed the way we approach outbound sales. The AI driven workflows make prospecting, personalization and follow ups much more efficient. Previously, what used to take hours now takes minutes. And it does not just automate outreach but it makes it smarter. Also the support has been excellent and always timely.

Cons

So far we have not run into any major issues with the platform. It has been stable, easy to use and has consistently met our performance and result expectations. We will keep an eye on it as we grow but the experience has been smooth up to now.

Thriwin's user friendly interface and customizable dashboards make managing and tracking sales pipelines a simple task. Plus the ability to organize leads and track follow ups has really smoothed out the sales process for us especially for handling cold calls and scheduling demos.

Cons

One thing it could improve on is its integration with other tools. We use various platforms at different stages of our sales process and it would be more efficient if it had better integrations or open APIs to sync seamlessly with other systems.

There were limited integrations but they have now added more which is great.
