Pros

The product is accessible, user friendly, easy to implement and packed with useful information for IT administrators. The support and communication from their team have been exceptional throughout. I've worked mostly with Eric Johnson and he always gives clear advice on best-practice implementations while being ready to help with any technical issues that come up. Carolina Marin has also been fantastic as our Customer Success Manager. She's wonderful to work with, keeps us updated on new features and regularly checks in to go over our account. Overall, the experience has been consistently excellent.

The interface is really user friendly and I love that I can get to my contacts quickly without any hassle.

I had some account access issues a few months back but those problems have been resolved and everything is running smoothly now.
