Easy team-client interaction

Pros

Real-time visitor tracking shines

Pros

I liked how easy it was to get started with it and i figured creating multiple logins is really useful. The biggest advantage for me is being able to see real-time visitors on the webpage and start a chat right away if i want to, this helps me make sure no potential customer gets missed. And this definitely helps us convert more leads.

Cons

The product is a little expensive and the platform fee is on the higher side as well.

Effortless setup

Pros

Browser video chat done right

Pros

This tool has a nice smooth video chat, right there in the browser which makes things incredibly convenient. I like that it's very straightforward to use and the fact that there's no installation required makes it even better. It can possibly be the perfect fit for customer service because of its features like co-browsing. I recommend giving it a try.

Cons

As of yet, I haven't run into any drawbacks.

Amazing video meetings and recording

Pros

Video conferencing has been the standout part of this software for me. The connection starts instantly while the call quality remains excellent and I can also record meetings without having to install any extra software.

Cons

I've been using this software for the past six months and honestly haven't run into any issues while using it. Since nothing is ever completely perfect, the only thing I'd really ask for is a mobile app.

Video and voice features boost sales

Supports engagement and conversions

Pros

This tool is great for increasing customer engagement, you can see how visitors move through the website and it has even helped me drive more sales and conversions.

Cons

The only thing I've noticed is that the video quality depends on the internet connection so it can look very clear at times and a bit pixelated at others.
