Pros
I liked how easy it was to get started with it and i figured creating multiple logins is really useful. The biggest advantage for me is being able to see real-time visitors on the webpage and start a chat right away if i want to, this helps me make sure no potential customer gets missed. And this definitely helps us convert more leads.
Cons
The product is a little expensive and the platform fee is on the higher side as well.

I like that it's very straightforward to use and the fact that there's no installation required makes it even better. Video conferencing has been the standout part of this software for me. The connection starts instantly while the call quality remains excellent and I can also record meetings without having to install any extra software.
Cons
I've been using this software for the past six months and honestly haven't run into any issues while using it. Since nothing is ever completely perfect, the only thing I'd really ask for is a mobile app.
