“All-in-one support saver”
Pros
Having one integrated tool to manage multiple end-user solutions is really helpful. It lets users resolve issues on their own and it has noticeably reduced the number of support tickets.
Cons
There is a sync delay between the end-user device and the web portal and even small image changes require a new build update.

“Reliable endpoint self-healing”
Pros
Using Anakage let us stay ahead of endpoint issues by automating monitoring and fixing common device problems without needing constant manual work. The self-heal and self-help automations took care of recurring issues like low disk space and sluggish performance and application-related problems. this actually cut down on repeat tickets and helped improve overall device health. It also performed well across Windows environments, giving us both guided and automated remediation for the kinds of everyday user issues that come up regularly.
Cons
Because the platform comes with a wide range of automation and health-check features, it does take a while to fully understand, tune and apply everything to all the right use cases. That said once the setup is done properly, the automations work reliably and need very little ongoing maintenance.

“Strong endpoint compliance gains”
Pros
Across our environment, Anakage has noticeably improved endpoint compliance and overall operational stability without requiring much manual work. It did proactively handle vulnerability remediation, patch readiness, critical service monitoring and software configuration tasks that eventually helped lower operational risk. The guided and automated remediation flows also made a big difference by letting users fix issues on their own while IT still kept complete control and visibility. As a result, device health improved, failures dropped and configurations became much more standardized across both new and existing machines.
Cons
There is an initial learning phase where teams need to get aligned on best practices and automation approaches. After those processes are clearly established though, execution becomes reliable and mostly hands-off.

“Good no-code IT automation”
Pros
From everyday IT operations to endpoint upkeep, this tool has been really useful for automating routine work like password resets, device maintenance and system optimization without needing to write code. It has cut down a lot of manual effort for our IT team and also improved endpoint performance and making the overall user experience better. The self-service options and proactive automation features also helped drive strong adoption among users.
Cons
Honestly there is very little not to like about the platform. As with any powerful automation tool, it does take a bit of time for teams to fully understand and explore everything it can do but once it is configured, it works reliably with very little ongoing effort.

“Effective tools and friendly workflow”
Pros
Anakage's front-end and back-end utilities work really well and feel very user-friendly. The front end helps users address their issues quickly, while the back-end tools automatically take care of resolution in many cases.
Cons
The GUI still needs improvement and i feel adding the latest AI-enabled capabilities will probably deliver better results and make it more appealing for end users to adopt.

“Convenient automation for IT teams”
Pros
Bringing in innovative ways to simplify IT workflows, particularly for repetitive jobs and remote actions like software deployment, running scripts and routine system upkeep, adds a lot of efficiency and delivers real value to support engineers.
Cons
The interface comes across as a bit dated and could be more intuitive for today's users. i also see some occasional delays when performing remote tasks.

“Smooth automation”
Pros
Right out of the box, the built-in solutions are ready to deploy and already in a usable state. It does do a solid job of automating common, repetitive issues which saves a lot of manual effort. The real-time dashboards and reports help with making quick, informed decisions. It's also moving ahead with newer technologies like chatbots, built-in ITSM and ITAM, along with useful features such as condition-based auto-fixing, campaigns and scoring ect..
Cons
One area that still needs improvement is the long time it takes to design certain customer specific automation workflows.

“great tool”
Pros
this tool is a real game-changer for IT support and end-user enablement. The standout for me is the self-healing automation which cuts down L1/L2 tickets significantly. It's been extremely helpful.. the tech team is fantastic and the integration with enterprise environments feels smooth. The newer features also add much better visibility and control for IT teams.
Cons
Every solution comes with its own strengths and limitations but the thing that really makes Anakage different is the support team. They're highly responsive, very agile and consistently go above and beyond to make sure customers succeed.

“Reliable support and smooth integration”
Pros
After using this tool for quite a while my review is thatits a dependable and highly effective tool. The interface is simple so our teams were able to get comfortable with it quickly without needing extra training and has made a noticeable difference in lowering ticket volumes thanks to its proactive issue resolution and strong tracking features. and the customer support team has been responsive and professional which has helped keep operations running without disruption and ensured we get timely help whenever needed. Installation and deployment process is also smooth and reduced a lot of downtime and helped improve productivity. Another big advantage is how easily it integrates with other applications through APIs which has improved interoperability across our digital ecosystem. Overall the solution has brought clear value to our operations and continues to support both efficiency and growth.
Cons
Over the past 1.2 years of using the Anakage tool, we really have not run into any major issues or drawbacks. It is user-friendly and has been very effective when it comes to implementing new solutions that has also played an important role in reducing ticket volumes.

“Great automation and self-healing feature”
Pros
Using this has made a noticeable difference in cutting down service desk tickets. The platform is easy to use and its self-help and self-heal capabilities let users handle common IT problems on their own. it helps improve productivity and reduce downtime. The analytics dashboard provides useful insight into usage and the customizable workflows make the system flexible enough for different needs.
Cons
Getting everything set up and configured at the beginning takes a fair amount of technical effort. Adjusting scripts for specific organizational requirements can also require support from the Anakage team. The reporting side could be better and specifically with more export options and real-time data filtering.
