Simple, dependable 24/7 coverage

Pros

The system is incredibly simple and dependable, keeping us in touch with our customers and potential hires around the clock without any hiccups. It's a huge weight off our shoulders to know our phone lines are managed expertly after closing time and when we're already with someone. The package is also very adaptable, letting us increase or decrease coverage based on how busy we are.

Cons

I truly can't find a fault. My only regret is not discovering their service earlier!

Pros

What stands out is that the support staff are pleasant but it feels like the company itself has technical issues with its own platform.

Cons

Always accessible and systematic

Pros

inconsistent agents

Pros

The phone agents are wonderful most of the time. I also appreciate the option to listen to old call recordings and check the log if I need to.

Cons

Some of the phone operators aren't as warm or well-informed as I'd like. A few don't stick to the guidelines and their tone can sometimes be unprofessional.

Awesome for appointment booking

Pros

They manage all incoming calls for our local trade business, book appointments for site checks and take down messages for us to return.

Cons

They pick up the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The staff is kind and supportive on calls and they use our current booking system.

Reliable 24/7 partner

Pros

They've been our partner since we first started. They still offer 24/7 support for our team and our customers. They are effective, detailed and reliable. I've tried many call centers in my career but what they deliver is much better than the rest. We've never had a problem and every chat I've had with their employees has been wonderful! When you combine this with the price, it's easy to see why they stand out from other options! We look forward to working together for a long time

amazing call handling and flexibility

Pros

They are amazing at picking up every single call, sticking to our guidelines and sending all new client inquiries our way. I am thrilled with their work. They make every adjustment you ask for right away. They have been a key part of our company's expansion! I am a huge fan.

Cons

I really appreciate that they send new client calls directly to my mobile. If we miss a call, that person might contact a different lawyer. Their immediate call transfer is a major help.
