Very easy to use and saves time

Pros

Our team finds the tool very easy to use. Plus now the technical diagnostics are more accurate, which saves us time when handling issues and leads to happier tenants. Using this platform also helps us avoid unnecessary site visits, freeing up our staff for other tasks.

Cons

Nothing to report so far as we have not run into any issues in our daily use, as long as the person we are connecting with has a decent network signal.

Apizee camera feature is simple, fast and easy to use remotely, which lets us resolve many support and assistance cases and it helps us prevent unnecessary trips to site and clears up the confusion that can happen with traditional calls, emails or chat.

The clear video is a huge plus, making technical assistance much simpler for us. We also find the customer management and follow-up features to be very strong points.

Cons

There is not a true pause function so you have to end the call and then start a new one if you need to step away.

Apizee is built right into our contact center system. With just one click, our agents can start a video call with a customer while they are on the phone with them. Also it is simple and convenient and the best part is that everything gets logged automatically.

Cons

It is a great solution that's easy to roll out. You just need to remember to train the agents for about an hour and encourage them to practice so they get comfortable using it regularly.

Pros

Getting the solution up and running is easy as the time from our first contact to the first support video call can be very short. The best thing is that there is no software to install, either for our support team or for the client. Plus the support team provides effective and consistent help, making us feel assisted throughout our use. The platform itself is also very stable.
