Our company provides a variety of auto repair services and ecently we added remote support through AR Genie. The customers can have their cars monitored remotely during a breakdown using their assistance. All they need to do is connect to a secure video session on their mobile or tablet and our technician will guide them through the process with 3D annotations on the live video. They can also share photos, videos and PDFs in real time. With this innovative solution customers can now get their cars repaired while on the go, without waiting for field technicians to arrive.
Cons
So far it has been working great for us and we have not noticed any issues and the plus point is that the tool keeps improving continuously.
