Simple setup and responsive support

Pros

This tool was really easy to use and the support team has been incredibly quick to respond whenever needed. It's also very simple to train others to use and the HubSpot integration works easily.

Cons

A few advanced branching features still feel limited and I think those capabilities should be available more broadly than they are right now.

Useful templates and tracking

Pros

Right away, the platform felt simple and customizing it for clients has been really easy. Being able to build templates and then tailor those templates even further is fantastic and it genuinely feels like the product was created with Customer Success teams in mind. The HubSpot sync is another big plus since it lets us track plan activity without extra hassle. I also appreciate the task-based planning because it makes it very obvious who is waiting on what. On top of that, the automatic reminder emails for overdue client tasks have been incredibly useful.

Cons

At this point, it's meeting my expectations across the board. If I had to ask for anything more, it would be deeper insights and dashboards around client activity across different plans even though some of that already exists in the tool. I'd also love to see more ways for account managers to compare plans side by side and quickly figure out which ones should be prioritized.

HubSpot reporting game-changer

Pros

Being a HubSpot partner agency, the integration with HubSpot has completely changed things for us. We finally have a platform that lets us build detailed reports on the service side of our business which helps us refine and improve what we deliver to clients.

Cons

One thing that could be better is making the commenting feature more visible and improving how well it syncs with our other internal tools, like Slack. That said, the team is very open to feedback and it's obvious they genuinely want to keep improving the system for users.
