“Reliable support features”
Pros
Across every theme I've tested, this has worked really well without any compatibility issues. It includes all the features I need to handle support questions across my websites.
Cons
Honestly, nothing stands out right away as a downside. If I had to point to something, it would be not being able to see exactly what the user receives by email. A preview of the outgoing email would be a nice addition.
