One feature really won me over in this software, I can control my computer directly from my phone and pretty much do anything I need. It has a lot of useful features overall but that one stands out the most to me. The software is excellent and I can see myself using it every day.

Being able to mirror the screen and control the device remotely on a regular basis has been the best part for me. It works really well and feels like an awesome app overall. I absolutely love using it.

Unattended remote access has been really useful and being able to check the online status of the remote PC is a nice plus. The setup is very easy so even someone using it for the first time can get started without any trouble.

Right out of the gate, it covered all the core features I expected and also included extras like large direct file transfers. Linking computers to an account is simple to do. It feels like an excellent alternative to TeamViewer and in some ways possibly even better and less intrusive. I'm still getting familiar with everything it offers but it handled what I needed immediately.

Signing in can take a few seconds at times. On the highest quality setting, I've noticed some video artifacts around text even over a LAN connection. The product name also isn't very clear and sounds a little odd. It's not a major issue for how I use it but when I ask other people to download it for remote support, it usually leads to a few questions.

Using this product feels very easy and getting around the system is simple. It let me connect to my remote computer from the office without any hassle so I could finish some very important tasks. Everything has been working perfectly.

Only downside is having two separate applications for Android and desktop sign-ins.

It does feel a bit slow at times especially when using the screen mirroring feature.

Remote control, remote assistance and screen mirroring are all really useful. It's also nice to have the run-only option, where someone can just download the .exe file and use the program without going through a full installation.

One frustrating part is the password lock that kicks in when the program sits idle for a minute. It's hard to remember especially since there's no reset option or even a hint to help recover it.

It performs well even when the internet speed is low and the overall quality feels well optimized.

A few of my clients have mentioned concerns about data security so it would be better if it included a data lock feature.

Having all my users right on the home screen makes things really convenient and connecting to them is hassle-free. It also launches automatically with Windows which makes getting started even faster. Another big plus is that the password stays the same so I don't have to wait around for the end user to approve the connection every time.

Cons

What I've noticed is that when I'm using a VPN service, the session drops if I connect to our VPN server while already connected to the host computer. It's not a major issue though since I can just reconnect afterward.
