Pros
It's easy to use especially since the functionality is fairly limited which keeps things simple.
Cons
One thing that would really improve it is better mouse support. On Unix, being able to switch between windows, make changes with clicks instead of relying so much on commands and adding more mouse-based access overall would make it much more user-friendly while reducing dependence on command-line actions.

Pros
Getting started was quick and above all the features are very practical for strengthening the company's overall security while also improving employee productivity. On top of that, the number of support calls dropped by 30%.
Cons
Just few suggestions that the reporting interface feels rather plain and dated. The cloud version of the product has a much more user-friendly and modern interface so we're considering switching to that option.
