“A provider that can't be trusted
Pros
Honestly there's nothing special about the service. It's just average but I have to say, the customer service has been the worst experience I have had. It's really disappointing.
Cons
They blocked our account without any notice or explanation. We lost access to all the services connected to it, which caused a huge problem for us and our customers.

“A top-tier conversational AI tool on the market
Pros
Bird is still the top conversational AI platform�hands down!! But over time they have expanded into a full CRM platform. While I think their AI tools are still top notch, Im not sure they're the best when it comes to CRM features just yet.
Cons
It feels like they are doing a bit too much now. The website is pretty overwhelming compared to their old one and the platform has changed quite a bit. MessageBird started as an SMS tool, then expanded to an omnichannel tool, then added conversational AI, and now it's a CRM. While I admire their innovation, it can be a bit too much as a customer.

Cons
Sometimes it has issues with certain phones especially when the internet connection is weak.

Pros
What I love about MessageBird is how it brings together so many different channels for marketing, SMS, Email, WhatsApp. You can even have multiple team members review everything and assign tasks. Also the API for number verification is a huge bonus.
Cons
The initial implementation cost is pretty steep for small businesses, so it might not be the best option for everyone.

It is a simple program that's really user friendly for new users. I like how self explanatory it is, making it easy to jump right in and start using.
Cons
The only issue I've had is that when customers send complaints and an operator replies to them, the customer's message gets moved to the bottom of the list, which is a bit annoying.
