“fantastic video collection tool”

Pros

Using this has been incredibly easy on both the admin side and the client-facing side. It integrates really well with a website and I especially appreciate that clients can submit videos either through their webcam or by uploading a pre-recorded file. Even though it's mainly designed for collecting client testimonials, I've also used it to gather video content from conference participants and it has worked perfectly for that too.

Cons

It would be nice to have a little more customization when embedding it on a website and I did run into some issues with the video recording feature on certain mobile devices. Still, it hasn't been a major problem overall.
