Hidden limits and billing issues

Pros

Their team took care of the platform setup so I barely needed any technical involvement. As a one-person operation, that part initially felt simple and manageable.

Cons

A major problem was that international phone numbers were not supported and that was never disclosed when I signed. I got written confirmation of that on March 2, 2026. On top of that, my Google Ads were suspended on November 25, 2025 without any notice yet they kept charging $1,500 per month. IRE's General Counsel also confirmed in writing on May 4, 2026 that clients will never receive campaign data because it is considered "proprietary to IRE." I submitted two formal breach notices and both were rejected with no attempt to fix the situation.

poor performance

Pros

The all-in-one setup is a nice idea and the website itself looks polished. Beyond that, there isn't a whole lot that really stands out although the Streams app, the AI assistant, is fairly cool.

Cons

At first glance the platform seems packed with features and comes across as very impressive. Once you actually start using it though, it struggles with even basic tasks. We've only been on it for about two weeks and it has been a pretty terrible start. Implementation dragged on for nearly a month even though it feels like everything could have been finished within a week or less. After getting inside the system, it also becomes clear that certain features cost extra which is frustrating. Support and customer service have been slow to respond as well. One customer success rep has been genuinely helpful but we currently have around 10 active issues and it feels bad having to keep piling everything onto one person. Overall, it comes across like it was built from a Go High Level-style template but the whole thing feels disorganized and messy.

Billing issues and bad support

Pros

It's a fairly standard CRM and the core system covers the usual basics you'd expect. The built-in functions are simple but they can handle basic CRM needs without much issue.

Cons

Where this really fell apart was customer service and management. I agreed to a lead expansion, signed a contract and then got charged double what the contract clearly stated. After I pointed it out, they started claiming the price should have actually been higher and that the amount in my contract was somehow discounted. That's ridiculous. At this point, I'm working with my bank to review the charges and try to recover my money. I'd be very careful about spending anything with them unless your agreement is absolutely airtight and even then, be prepared to fight just to get them to honor what they said they would do. I have documentation for all of it and I'm confident it will eventually get resolved but it has been a huge hassle and I wanted to warn others before they deal with the same mess. Overall, the customer service was horrible.

all-in-one business platform

Pros

Once you really understand how the different parts work together, this platform becomes incredibly powerful. It combines a lot of tools into one ecosystem, including agent websites, CRM, listing landing pages, market reports, home valuations, CMA tools, DesignCenter marketing and automation features. For REMAX agents, the direct integration with the existing tech stack is a huge advantage especially since website activity can tie straight into lead capture and follow-up. When everything is set up the right way, it can automatically create listing websites, bring in buyer and seller leads and help build long-term relationships inside the database without relying on several outside tools. From both a marketing and technology training standpoint, I also value the foundation it gives agents to grow from. Once profiles, SEO and automation are properly configured, it can turn into a highly effective business engine rather than just another piece of software sitting in the background.

Cons

Getting the full value out of the platform takes more work than many agents expect. The system is there and it technically functions right away but if profiles, automation, lead routing, website content and CRM workflows are not set up correctly, the experience can feel pretty underwhelming. The truth is that the platform has a lot of power but it needs intentional setup, ongoing training and regular maintenance to really perform well. Another issue is that many agents end up underestimating it because they only tap into a small portion of what it is actually capable of.

Customizable lead tracking

Pros

The website customization options were excellent and the lead management tools were incredibly useful for keeping leads and contacts well organized.

Cons

The interface felt a bit complicated at first but after some training and regular use, it opened the door to a wide range of helpful tools.

Helpful support and organization

Pros

Keeping everything organized is one of the best parts of using it and the interface is very user-friendly. Whenever I need assistance, the support team gets back to me really quickly which has been a big plus.

Cons

Using it on mobile has been really frustrating. The app is pretty bad and it also doesn't seem to work well in any mobile browser which is a problem since I'm often working while traveling.

accurate lead tracking

Pros

Having all my leads organized in one place has been really helpful. It's also nice that I can keep up with every message sent to clients by text and email without jumping between different programs.

Cons

Lately though, there have been some problems with notifications for messages coming in from leads and clients.

Useful contacts but too many texts

Pros

One thing that's been useful is being able to pin customer notes to the top of the contact list so important details are always right there. It's also nice that the profile lets you decide whether a customer should receive texts or calls.

Cons

The amount of texts and emails that go out to a new lead is just excessive. Whenever a new lead comes in, the very first thing I have to do is stop the texts being sent to their phone.

Poor support and dull website

Pros

Honestly, there has been very little to appreciate here. I could list a lot more but that is really covered in the cons. At this point, I would be happy to get out of the contract.

Cons

My advice is to avoid it. This is basically kvCORE under a different name and it is just as dull to work with. The website is among the worst parts of the platform and if you want any real improvements, they expect you to pay even more. Support is also extremely disappointing. You can sit on hold for close to an hour, only to be told that a specialist will call back later which usually happens at the worst possible time, like when you are with a client and nowhere near your computer. They do not offer scheduled appointments with a live person to go over your needs or help you through the system. I was promised I would have a dedicated specialist to guide me while at the same time being told the platform was very simple to use. Maybe that is true for someone fresh out of college and very tech-savvy but for a seasoned agent trying to stay connected with a large database built over many years, this is not the right system. I feel completely misled because I had already used kvCORE and MoxiWorks and I was assured this would be much simpler. It is not. Also, do not spend money on their Lead 350 program because it floods your email and text messages with junk leads. As you can probably tell, I am extremely unhappy with the whole experience.

Cancellation issues

Pros

At first, their team treated me well. After that though, they became unresponsive and indifferent when I asked to cancel because the service was getting me nowhere. The leads were poor and I couldn't get even a single client.

Cons

In the beginning, I was told that if the system wasn't a good fit or didn't meet my needs, they would be flexible and let me cancel. But when I actually tried to cancel, I was left hanging and the request was denied. I'm not working right now and can't keep making payments because of my financial situation. It feels like the company didn't follow through on what they originally promised or handle things transparently.

handy ads and reminders

Pros

Using the marketing ads is very easy and the reminder notifications are really helpful too. It's been very useful for real estate work.

Cons

I do wish there were more status options for organizing clients. There may already be a way to do that but I probably haven't explored the platform to its full capability yet.

Broken execution

Pros

At first glance, the platform feels modern and full of potential. It presents itself as an all-in-one solution for agents and brokerages and on paper it seems like it should simplify a lot of day-to-day operations. Unfortunately, the actual experience has been a nightmare.

Cons

The biggest problems are execution and reliability. A lot of core features do not work the way they are advertised, including basic website functions and lead management tools. Support is really slow and often nonresponsive, with tickets staying open for months and still not getting resolved. We also ran into a serious security issue where authentication codes were sent to the wrong users which locked agents out of their own accounts. On top of that, custom website features we spent thousands on never functioned properly even after repeated follow-ups.

Constant issues and poor support

Pros

Very little has improved. I've been stuck using this since 2021 because my brokerage decided to go with it back when it was still called KVCore. I've asked repeatedly for them to replace it but nothing really changed. It's still bad at most things and only passable in a few areas.

Cons

Support is awful. They make up answers and something that should take 10 minutes turns into an all-day ordeal. It's actually rare for them to fix anything. About the only thing they do consistently is send over explanations or articles but when there's an actual functional problem, they either blame you, act like it isn't a real issue or drag things out for hours. It reached the point where I stopped even asking for help which honestly may have been the end result all along. Even basic things like email setup, campaigns not firing or IDX working properly become ongoing problems.

CRM for client follow-ups

Pros

This CRM does a great job of helping me record customer and client information while keeping everything organized in one place. It also includes marketing and follow-up tools that make it much easier to stay on top of communication and run the business more successfully.

Cons

Getting comfortable with the platform takes some time because there's a lot to learn. Without proper guidance, it's pretty easy to overlook certain features or miss opportunities along the way.

smart reminders and organization

Pros

Keeping everything organized has been a lot better with this platform. I really enjoy being able to set reminders for both past clients and current ones and that helps me stay on top of follow-ups.

Cons

I'd still love to see more automation and AI built into it. More automatic follow-ups and a simpler setup process would make the platform even better.

Real estate features

Pros

There's an incredible range of options and features packed into this software. The trade-off is that it takes a while to learn everything it's capable of and how to really use it to your advantage.

Cons

One frustrating part is being pushed to make phone calls even when you're already communicating with a potential client through your personal phone, text or email. You also have to watch the Market Reports closely because I've had more than one case where a report set for a specific neighborhood ended up pulling data for a completely different city and clients noticed it. On top of that, setting up a more detailed search is still easier to do directly in the MLS than through the search options available here.

Helpful marketing playbooks

Pros

There are plenty of ways to bring my sphere together, the built-in playbooks are really helpful and it gives me a great way to market my expertise.

Cons

It can feel somewhat tough for end users and it definitely takes quite a bit of practice to get comfortable with. It would also be much better if it included drag-and-drop functionality.

great fit for businesses

Pros

One of the biggest wins for me was having a way to stay connected with clients even after the sale was finished. It also included a separate CRM for the lender's clients which made a big difference. Since I run both a mortgage company and a real estate company, that was incredibly valuable for my setup.

Cons

The lender side of the platform still feels pretty limited. It really needs to be expanded so it offers more of the same features that are already available on the agent side.

Pros

Everything about it has been really impressive so far and I can already tell there are plenty of features I haven't even explored yet.
