“Custom chatbot training is great”

Pros

Very user-friendly! It lets you build custom chatbots without needing advanced technical knowledge. I appreciate being able to train the chatbot with my own documents that makes it much easier to tailor the responses to specific needs.

Cons

In some situations, the answers can feel a bit generic if the training isn't specific or detailed enough. Because of that.. you may need to spend extra time refining and optimizing the information you give the chatbot.

I like how simple it is to integrate into a library catalog and how quickly it handles users' frequent questions. It saves a lot of time on basic support tasks.

Cons

The answers feel a bit generic overall and the sources or training need to be refined to make the responses more accurate.

It's much simpler than I expected. At first I thought adapting to the platform would be difficult but it was actually very easy to use from the beginning.

Their translation option was a bit hard to get used to at first because I only understand Spanish. Little by little, though, I've been managing to adapt to it.

Training it was easy but setting it up took very little time. I was really happy with how accurately it responds and how simple it is to teach and adjust.

Visual design wasn't really to my taste. I'd also like the option to make my brand much more visible and to include product photos in the responses.

The bot's intelligence stood out. It keeps learning more about our business over time and does a really good job handling simple questions for us.

Messages have a limit and its a little off-putting.. I understand why it's there so it hasn't been a major issue for us.

The part I liked the least about it was that uploading some files for training the bot takes a while.

Among the AI tools on the market, this one feels like the best. It's simple to implement and the workflow is simple to follow. Creating a bot doesn't take much effort really

I'd change the message cap during the trial. It would be better if the limit were higher, or ideally if there were no limit at all while testing.

Excellent app!! It picks things up quickly and gathers information efficiently. It performs especially well on websites with 800+ subpages, you'll see the responses are accurate, fast and consistently impressive. Definitely recommended!

Cons

Theres some room to improve when it comes to handling extremely large datasets. In certain situations, very complex queries may need extra optimization to fine-tune the responses.

If i have to create something, its very easy and quick here. Also sending information works well and the system feels quick and responsive overall.

I was happy with just about everything and found it very simple to use. The only small issue was that deleting links felt a bit slow.

The chatbots are really good and I enjoy using them a lot, although it would be better if new users were given more credits when starting out.

The trial begins with very limited credits and it also doesn't let you upload more files or URLs to train the chatbot.
