“Easy scheduling options”

Pros

I appreciate how easy and flexibile it is.. I can set up both one-time events and recurring events and sessions.

Cons

What i don't like is that third-party app integration is quite limited and it is too tiring to navigate because of the language limitations.

It would be great if the language could be translated into English since it's currently based in German.

This platform adapts really well to all kinds of requirements even very specific and unusual ones. It saves us a lot of time when managing our courses and customers and the support team has also been very helpful whenever needed.

It can feel a bit complex at times and isn't always the most simple to use. The features are continuously improved, with input from users included in the process.

The customer support from Butlerapp has been excellent. The developers really pay attention to specific requests and do their best to come up with a fitting solution. The program is simple to use and well organized.

So we have very specific requirements, they understandably can't always be implemented right away. Limitations were there yes but I think they can improve.

As a nonprofit association, we run seminars events and conferences around nonviolent communication and we've been using Vthis platform since early 2021. We're extremely satisfied with both the platform and the support behind it. It has taken a huge load off our participant management and other administrative work which means we can focus much more on what actually matters to us.. that is our educational work. Right from the beginning, we received thorough onboarding and clear explanations. Since then, their team has supported us patiently whenever needed. The first steps with the booking system were guided closely and explained in a way that was easy to follow. Whenever questions come up now, they are answered quickly and even special requests are implemented right away whenever they fit within the system. We would definitely recommend it.

“Made event setup easier”

Pros

The online platform is simple to understand and work with and setting up events is pretty quick too.

Cons

There's nothing major to complain about but an extra notification by email or SMS would be helpful and not all event data is transferred when copying an event.
