Great user interface with quick and efficient customer support

Pros

The interface is so simple. Responding to customer chats and reviews is easy and the template feature helps me reply more quickly.

Cons

The search function could be improved. While it allows searching for chat content, you can't search for phone numbers yet. The team mentioned it will be available in a new version.

Pros

My favorite part about this software is how user friendly it is. Navigating through the platform, monitoring performance, and checking messages are all effortless. The organized layout makes it easy to find everything. I never imagined customer communication could be this enjoyable and simple. Our customers have noticed the improvement in interactions and have responded positively. Thanks to it, gathering customer feedback is no longer a hassle. The speed and personalized touch of our responses have attracted more customers.

Cons

Everything is great. Even when there are issues, their support team responds quickly, so it doesn't feel like a real problem.

Providing prompt solutions has become much easier

Pros

The best feature of this software is its ability to create quick resolutions. Our interaction quality has greatly improved with it. It's incredibly helpful in answering queries quickly, and our response rate has noticeably increased thanks to its user friendly tools. Setting it up was easy, and I appreciate the ability to assign support personnel to specific channels, ensuring the workload is evenly distributed.

Cons

It would be even better if the app had video chat. This would be really helpful for app demos.

Pros

I'm really satisfied with the services it provides. It's helped me respond to customer feedback efficiently. The all in one inbox is fantastic. It makes chatting with customers convenient, easy, and most importantly..... efficient!!!. Our interaction with customers has completely changed for the better.

Cons

A true game-changer!

Pros

Cloodot has transformed the way we interact with customers. Responses are quicker, and conversations are more engaging. The quality of our services has greatly improved after working on the feedback we received. Using media in conversations has made communication clearer and more engaging. The custom template replies option has been a huge help in managing reviews. Now, no customer is left unanswered.

Cons

There's always room for improvement but honestly, I cannot think of anything to complain about since they've implemented many of our suggestions.

Guaranteed improvement in team performance

Pros

Cloodot offers a fantastic system for monitoring employee performance and analyzing their customer support activities. It has really boosted our performance. The custom reports are a great addition and we now enjoy interacting with our customers on this all in one platform.

Cons

I can't really find anything to dislike about Cloodot. I'd recommend it to both small and large businesses looking to simplify their online customer chats. The results are guaranteed!
