“Commio (previously ThinQ) is the ultimate choice!
Pros
What I like most about Commio is the upbeat and friendly vibe of everyone I have interacted with, from one on one assistance with porting questions to the various webinars I've attended. Every experience with it has been pleasant and easy to navigate. Whether Im chatting with a representative or using the portal, I appreciate how user friendly it is and how quickly I can find helpful resources when needed. Right now we are using their services to port a toll free number we use a lot and I really appreciate how simple they make the process.
Cons
So far I haven't found anything I dislike about Commio. However I do have a suggestion: it would be great if there was a bit more time or a forum where we could submit questions after a webinar and get answers over a few days. Sometimes I come up with questions after the webinar but I'm not sure who to reach out to afterward. A chatroom or forum could allow others to chime in with answers or share how they solved similar issues.

“It's been going well so far
Pros
I've been with them for a while now and honestly they have never caused any issues. That's saying a lot compared to other companies I have worked with. As a manager it's a relief to deal with a company that runs smoothly.
Cons
Nothing so far. I haven't had to interact with customer service yet.

“Commio gets the job done
Pros
Commio offers a solid API and great documentation and makes everything super easy to use. And their customer service is top notch too.
Cons
There is a bit of too much bureaucracy now. Enabling SMS on a DID or toll free number used to be really quick but now it feels like it can take a week or more, which is frustrating.

“company that's always advancing
Pros
We were looking for a second SIP service provider that could help us enter the Canadian market and cover some more remote locations in the U.S Commio really fit the bill. Their coverage map has opened up new markets for us that we didn't have access to before. Plus we can now manage all our customers from a single portal, which has greatly improved our service capabilities. We can also assign multiple IP addresses to each trunk in their system, which makes it much easier when our customers use different fiber/broadband providers.
Cons
I'm still working with it on getting the capability to view real time CDR data for a specific phone number or customer through the portal. Right now I have to download all CDR data for all customers and sift through it for what I need, which can be pretty tedious and time consuming. I'm also collaborating with our Account Manager to see if we can get SIP Refer functionality on our trunks, which is becoming a more common feature for some companies and helps when pursuing new business.

“Easy to use and intelligent
Pros
I was introduced to them when they were still known as thinQ. I must say website is super easy to navigate, which is crucial for the work I do. It only takes minutes to complete the necessary tasks, which is a huge time saver especially since I do this kind of thing frequently. The ease of navigation makes all the difference.
Cons
The implementation of 2FA to log in, while secure, does add some unnecessary time to access what I need. It would be helpful to find a way to maintain security without needing to grab my phone, open the authenticator app and input the code just to log in.

“Great at keeping communication clear
Pros
Commio has been great at keeping us informed at every step of the process and following up to make sure everything goes smoothly.
Cons
Monthly minimum was a bit tough at first but now that our volumes have gone up, it's not as much of an issue.
