Pros

Just a few clicks are all it takes, both for me and for my clients. It has made everyday operations and sales meetings much more manageable.

Cons

My only real complaint is not discovering it earlier. I had been relying on Zoom and Skype before and they really don't compare since they cost more and weren't as convenient.

Pros

It gives client services more credibility without requiring people to download any extra app or software. That has been especially helpful as a Mac user like me.

Cons

One annoyance is when I connect through a phone number and the call drops, I have to enter the number all over again. It would be much better to have a button that lets me quickly redial the last number.

Using this in my Final Expense business has been incredibly effective. One of the biggest advantages is that clients don't need to download a separate app at all, they just click the link and join right away. That convenience has made the whole process much better for everyone. It was also very simple for me to learn and our clients picked it up quickly too. Honestly, when you look at the value compared to the functionality it offers, it has been one of the most worthwhile decisions.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about here. Like I mentioned, it's very simple for both us and our clients/customers to use. If I had to point to one thing, it would be the UI, it works fine but it could use a refresh to feel a bit more modern and polished.

This has been the ultimate sales tool for us. It's cost-effective and simple to use for both the agent and the customer and there's basically no learning curve at all.

I honestly haven't come across anything I truly dislike about it. It integrates well and is very easy to operate.

Both clients and agents can use it without any trouble. The interface feels simple and everything loads within seconds.

One issue comes up when users click away from the site and need to return to the same link. Since some of our applications require a text code, they often leave the shared webpage and then struggle to find their way back. When that happens, I usually have to send them a new link.

For me sending a screenshare link is quick and easy. I just share the link with my client, they click it and we're connected right away.

Nothing negative comes to mind with this tool. I plan to keep using it.

Compared with other file-sharing tools, this is much faster and simpler for clients to use. It takes far less time to teach which leaves us with more time to focus on selling to customers.

Issue I've run into is name recognition. A lot of people still haven't heard of them or don't know what the platform can do though I think that will change over time.

Getting presentations ready only takes a few minutes with this and the platform has been dependable the whole time. It's simple to work with, the performance stays consistent and when speed matters, it feels more efficient than using Zoom.

I'd still love to see a mobile version someday especially so it could be used from a tablet or a foldable phone.

This has really changed the way I run my business. It helps me stay connected with older clients who aren't familiar with Zoom or Teams and they feel comfortable using it as well. Really excellent product!

My issue is that the connection drops whenever a client opens another screen on their phone. When they want to view my screen again, they have to reconnect.

Pros

Working with insurance clients has become a whole lot better since I started using this. Being able to share my screen right away is a huge advantage especially with clients who aren't very comfortable with technology, there's nothing to download and no complicated setup to deal with. It makes it much simpler to guide them through quotes, coverage choices and applications while we're talking in real time. Clients really seem to value how clear and professional everything looks and it has absolutely helped me win more business. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone in insurance who wants client meetings to feel more efficient and polished.

Cons

There can be occasional lag when the internet connection is slow and the screen on mobile devices can feel a little cramped. I do love having the PC option for clients who prefer using that and overall it's still a fantastic tool.
